Swollen the Size of a golf ball

Have you ever seen a gland swollen so much that you cant see your jaw line anymore? Well folks, I now have. My right gland is sooo swollen.. Its swollen to the point where you can barley see my right jaw line.. haha. So dumb. of course this would happen to me. I get the weirdest illnesses. Have you ever seen my big fat Greek wedding where the aunt calls a growth or a tumor or something that grew in her neck her twin? I have started calling it my twin...
