trimming the fat.

As some of you know I have been working hard (with occasional cheating) at eating better and working out, along with a diet to reach my weight goal of 125 again (weight I was in high school). I usually wouldn't put this kind of stuff on my blog but I am pretty excited about the results I have had. In January (new years resolution) I set a couple goals for certain dates to be able to reach this weight by Christmas. My first set goal to reach was on my birthday. I didn't reach the goal I wanted because. To be honest, I hadn't really changed anything. I wasn't pushing my self at the gym and I was still eating crappy (breads, sugars, over eating etc.). My next goal is in July and I'm only 5 pounds away from reaching it and its only June! I have cut breads out of my diet and mostly sugars..(like I said occasional cheating).  I feel so much better about my self. Colby helps me sooo much! A couple of weeks ago the most I could run was 1 mile and on a good day 2 but now I'm running 3-5 miles 4-5 times a week because he believed in me and told me to stop saying that I cant run further then 1-2 miles and just do it! So I pushed my self with his help and did it!! He is such a motivation because he knows how important this is to me.  I already feel so much better and way more happy about everyday life things!
