California

We went to California over a month and a half ago and I still haven't talked about it! haha. Well, we left early on a Thursday morning and Drove right through to California. We stayed at my aunt and uncles house and it was so much fun. On Friday we woke up very early and left for Disneyland. It was only about an hour drive from my uncles house so the drive wasn't that bad.  We spent the whole day at Disneyland and California Adventures. For all of you who know me or have read recent posts, You will know that I get sick really easy on roller coasters. Well at about 2:00 pm I decided to try Screamin' California...... BAD IDEA! haha. Then, as if that didn't make me sick enough I decided to go on my by far favorite ride which is Tower of Terror. Well.. By the time I got off that ride my face and body was tingling because I was so sick! hahahah!! poor Colby.. So my brilliant idea was to go on the little kid rides so we went on Peter Pan. Believe it or not IT MADE ME EVEN MORE SICK!! can you believe it?  I felt like such a grandma. I made it through the rest of the day and I still had a blast but when we go back this summer i'm gonna have to take some major motion sickness pills to help me out. ahah.. It rained some of the day. Before we left on the trip my parents gave us some cute rain coats to take but we left them in the car so we had to buy some Disneyland ones. They actually weren't bad and they kept us really warm. The next morning we told me uncle and cousins about it and they were laughing their heads off because of how ridiculous it was that i got sick on peter pan. So my uncle and aunt have these way cool bikes we rode on Saturday. You can peddle if you want to or you can switch a button and their are motorized! of course Colby and I decided not to do any work so we turned on the motor and relaxed a little. Later that night we got a BBQ dinner and played games at their house. We headed home the next day but it was such a fun vacation! I love California and we can't wait to go back this summer!
