happy fourth of July!!

This weekend was so fun! On Friday My family and Colby and I went to the Salt Lake Real game. Those games are so fun and we were so happy to be there. On Saturday we had our annual community 4th of July parade. I love that parade so much and have been going to it since I was born pretty much so I enjoyed having Colby there to share it with me this year :). After the parade we went back to my parents house and had a BBQ with my aunt and uncle and their kids and my grandparents. This year my mom put some games together and they were way fun. We have a balloon popping game, An egg race, and a water balloon toss. Of course the water balloon toss turned into a water balloon fight and no need to say Colby kicked my butt and I left with a drenched see through white shirt and a drenched skirt. But definitely worth it. Thanks mom for putting the time into the games and thanks mom and dad making the 4th of July something to look forward to every year! After the BBQ and games were over we went home and later that night Colby and I went to Murray park with his Family. We sat on the lawn and ate KFC and waited for the fire works to start. I love the Murray Fireworks! It was so much fun spending time with our families. On Sunday we just went to church came home, watched Extreme home make over and slept haha. Its so fun to spend time just with Colby and to just be able to relax. Then, On Monday we went to our Aunt and Uncles house, The Leavers, And had a BBQ and swam in their pool. I love going to their house. Its so much fun to spend time with them and to be around our family. We are so grateful for them and for everything they do for us. Yesterday I babysat the Smith girls. I was so excited to go over and baby sit them. They are so much fun. But, Unfortunately half way through the night came down with the Flu or something. So needless to say I am stuck at home today. Colby is such a great husband though. He came and picked me up from the smiths so I didn't have to drive myself home and he took care of me the rest of the night and this morning until he had to go to work. I am so grateful for him and everything he does for me. We are so happy and we love each other so much. Each day is an adventure and we love being together. speaking of adventure, we beat the new Mario on the Wii. it was so much fun!
